  1. To add a new qualification to the dropdown list you will need to

  1. You can add qualifications to an individual employee by

  1. To view all qualifications on a report you can click Manager then select Reports from the drop down menu. 

  2. Select Employee from the list on the left hand side.

  3. Click on Qualification to view the report.
