Efficiently create and manage staff schedules with our digital rota and shift management features which include the following

  • Assign shifts to employees, publishing them to employees via email and to the HR Duo Go App for immediate visibility. Download to PDF and print for those who like to display schedules on site.

  • Track employee Non Working Days, allow staff to flag when they are not available using the Unavailability functionality

  • Optimise workforce scheduling across multiple locations

  • Track and view labour costs as a % of sales (include leave liability costs and employers costs if relevant), allows for budgeting for cost of shift and comparison against actual costs.

  • Link with our time (clock in/out) functionality and pre-populate your report for confirming hours for payroll

  • Add breaks to shifts to assist with deducting and approving hours for payroll, schedule breaks where required to ensure adequate cover for business area e.g. tills, deli, manufacturing line etc.

  • Swap shift options, with or without notifications

  • Add employee photos and colour code positions to optimise visibility
