How to add skills - skills matrix

Instructions

  1. Click Manager and then select Staff from the dropdown menu.

  2. Choose the relevant staff member.

  3. Click Skills, add skill and select the type of skill from the dropdown. These skills can be added in the backend in Company Settings.

  4. Select the level of skill from the dropdown.

  5. Click Save and this will save against the employee's profile.

  6. With permission, managers can run a Skills Matrix Report in Manager>Staff>Reports. This is an overview of skills for all staff.
