How to raise a ticket (Desktop)

Instructions

  1. Click on the Tickets icon located on the bottom right of the screen

  2. Select Add Ticket

  3. Add a title to your ticket 

  4. Write a short summary of your query in the description box 

  5. Choose a category of issue

  6. Add a file if necessary

  7. Press Submit

  8. Click the eye icon to view information about the ticket
