Instructions

  1. To see all employee codes, go to Company Settings > Employee Codes

  2. If required, you can change the four digit code and click Save at the bottom or top of the page. 

Note: Employees cannot have the same PIN code and the PIN code cannot start with zero.

  1. You can download all codes by clicking the download button. 

  2. Employee codes can also be found in the employees profile. 

  3. Go to Manager > Staff > Personal Details and the code will be visible.
