Upgrading the Dock App

When running an upgrade to the Dock App - if you come across any issues please

  • uninstall and reinstall the app from the PlayStore or AppStore - search for HR Duo Dock

  • Log in again and choose the correct location to clock in/out from

If still experiencing issues please submit at ticket on HR Duo and one of the support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
