How to add User Qualifications (Subcontractors)

Instructions

  1. Click on Manager, Select Subcontractors

  2. Select Users beside the subcontractor company

  3. Click Edit beside the user

  4. Select Trainings & Qualifications from the left sections

  5. Click Add Qualification/Registration and select the name of qualification from the dropdown. These qualifications can be added in the backend in Company Settings.

  6. You can log the registration number if you have this information

  7. Include start/renewal dates and reminders

  8. Note the Awarding body, year of qualification, code of qualification, and add a file

  9. Press Submit to save against the user’s profile
