How to restrict an employee from clocking in remotely

Summary: Companies can decide if an employee should only clockin from the Dock App (tablet). Following the steps shown below will restrict the employee from clocking in remotely.

Instructions

  1. Go to Manager > Staff

  2. Click on the employee’s name.

  3. Select System Details

  4. Scroll down to Individual Clocking Settings 

  5. Toggle on Hide Browser Clocking

  6. Note: Make sure Allow Mobile App Clocking is turned OFF.
