Summary: Where permitted, employees can currently swap shifts without the manager being notified.  This is being extended to ensure the manager of the shift is notified of the swap.

Instructions

There is a new functionality with three options in the new Swap Shift Management:

1. Employees can swap without notification

2. The publisher of the shift gets notified

3. The publisher of the shift has to approve

You can set swap restrictions, i.e. location, group, department, etc.
