Summary: Published Rosters can be downloaded for emailing to others or for printing and displaying.  There are four options to choose from as follows:

1. Download Excel - the download exports in .CSV format to Excel

2. Download PDF - the download exports in PDF format - best for printing and displaying.  Colour codes, notes etc all download.  This option includes information about employees normally on the roster who are currently on leave

3. Download PDF (no leaves) - this download is the same as at 2 but excludes leave information

4. Download PDF (selected rosters) - allows a choice of rosters to download - choose by Roster name or tags
