HR Duo’s Dock App is the app we use for clocking in/out each day.

There are versions of the app in both the PlayStore (Android) and the AppStore (iOS).

Options for clocking in/out include:

• 4 digit-PIN code - a unique number for clocking in which can be amended where relevant to align with other work related PIN Codes e.g. till codes, building access codes

• QR Code - accessible via the HR Duo Go App or printed onto clock in cards

• Clock lunches / No lunches

• Touch free options

• Clock in/out of jobs on TeamDuo through the Dock App to record time worked on jobs or projects in real time

The following specs are a general guideline:

• Minimum supported Screen size, 1280 x 720

• Minimum supported OS - Android 9 or iOS 13

• Minimum Memory requirements - at least 1GB of RAM, at least 16GB of Memory

• QR Code requires front facing camera.
