How to add files to an employee’s resources (Manager)
Summary: Managers can add files such as health & safety documents or disciplinary action notes to an employee's resource folder. Managers can also decide if they want the employee to view the uploaded file or not. Managers will need relevant permissions to add files to employee resources.
Instructions
Go to Manager > Staff > Choose relevant staff member.
Select Resources from the left section.
Add a Folder here if required (eg, HR File, Salary Adjustment Letters, etc.) by clicking Add Folder.
Click Upload File.
Add a name to the file.
Add a comment if required.
Choose the correct folder from the dropdown, either public or private.
Toggle Private to hide the file from the employee’s view.
[User Resources Managers means managers who have permission can see this file.Strict Resource Access *See Permissions = managers need extra permissions to view].
Drag and drop or Upload the file.
Press Submit to save this against the employee's profile.
