Instructions

1. Go to the Performance Module 

2. Select Reviews 

3. Choose Template

4. HR Duo have standard templates created for your use. You can edit and archive these if necessary.

5. Select Create New Template to create your company specific performance reviews.

6. When complete, Title your template and select a Review type [self-assessments are for the employee use and manager reviews are for the managers use]
