How to complete a full performance review

Summary: Managers will need the following permissions to carry out performance reviews

  1. View by team

  2. Manage Reviews

  3. Review Employees 

  4. View performance reports

Instructions

Send a Self-Assessment to an Employee

  1. Click on Performance module.

  2. Click Reviews.

  3. Click Team Members Reviews.

  4. Select Employee.

  5. Click Send Self Assessment.

  6. Select template and click Send.

  7. Add a message if required.

  8. Select due date.

  9. Click Submit.

View an employee’s completed self-assessment

  1. Go to the Performance module

  2. Click on Reviews > Team Members Reviews

  3. Choose the Employee

  4. Click Self Assessments

  5. Select View beside the self-assessment

Create a manager review with the employee

  1. Click on the  Performance module

  2. Select Reviews

  3. Choose Team Members Reviews

  4. Select the relevant Employee

  5. Click Create Review

  6. Select template and click Create Review

  7. Select date and click Create

You will receive a reminder before the review date. This allows you to have a performance review in the diary. Note: you can Complete Review without creating a review.

Fill out a Review

  1. Click on the Performance module

  2. Choose Reviews

  3. Click Team Members Reviews

  4. Select the relevant Employee

  5. See Reviews and Complete Review

  6. Once completed, click Submit

  7. Completed reviews can be checked in the Completed tab.

Note: Self-Assessments or 360 Reviews previously completed, would pull through to the right of Reviews.

View completed reviews

  1. Go to the Performance module

  2. Click on Reviews > Team Members Reviews

  3. Choose the Employee

  4. Click Completed

  5. Press Open Review beside a review template to view

View completed reviews on the Performance Report

  1. Go to Manager > Reports > Performance

  2. Select Performance Report

  3. Choose the employee’s name from the Staff dropdown

  4. Scroll through the options at the top of the screen
