Summary: Some companies will decide that employees can bulk add time cards daily/weekly as their means of documenting time. This time can be allocated against a job, though the bulk timecard option.
📘 Instructions
Go to the Time module.
Select Bulk Add Time Card.
Add in start and end times worked on the specific days and there is an option to add start and end lunch break times.
If you are assigning time against a job, select Add TeamDuo.
Enter the hours you worked against the project and choose the job from the dropdown menu.
Click Apply once correct times against jobs have been added.
Select Submit - this will send the timecards to your manager for approval.
If you have submitted a timecard in error and need to edit, within the Time module, you can click on Pending > choose date> Edit or Delete.
Similarly, you can check on hours clocked This Week/This Month or Search for a specific period.
