Summary: If an employee forgets their password, the their manager will be able to resend a new password to allow the employee to login. Managers will need to have the relevant permissions to reset the a password.

  1. Go to Manager>Staff>Choose Manager > Staff > Choose relevant employee.

  2. Click on ‘reset password’ Reset Password on the main page. An Email should be received instantaneouslyinstantly.
