Summary: Once a roster is set, managers will need to publish a roster so that employees are notified of their future shifts. You can do this on an individual basis.

📘 Instructions

  1. Go to Roster.

  2. Click on Set Staff Roster > Choose the relevant roster.

  3. When shifts have been added, you can publish the roster.

  4. When publishing an individual roster only, click on the green plane icon, which will send this roster to that employee only.

  5. When you click on the green plane, there will be an option to add a note. Leave a note if required and select OK.

  6. The green plane will have changed to a green tick to confirm that the roster has been published.

Note: If changes are required after publishing the individuals roster, a manager will need to edit the roster and republish.
