  1. Click Save Fields once you have added the required fields.

  2. Click the 3 dots on the right hand side and select Assign from the drop down.

  3. Drag and drop employee name(s) or the department(s) this profile applies to Currently Attached.

  4. Press Apply to assign the profile to the selected employees.

Note: Default Settings Profile can be selected when adding new staff to the system - on the Add Staff page.
