  1. Go to Manager > Reports

  2. Open the Weekly Report

  3. Choose the period you want to confirm hours for.

  4. This can be done weekly, fortnightly, monthly or you can choose a date rangeĀ If there is a lunch break to be deducted, click Deduct Breaks
    If employees have clocked lunch breaks, this will reduce the hours. [If there is automatic deduction of lunch (as per Lunch Settings in Company Settings), this time will be deducted]range.

  5. To approve hours, click Confirm . The approved tab will then turn from orange to greenAll Timecards
