Click on ConnectDuo, select Go to the HR Content Hub
Select Forms
Choose the form you would like employees to fill out.
Select Send
Click and drag the employee names from All Available Users to Currently Attached box
You can add a message if required.
Choose the manager(s) who should receive the results.
Toggle Schedule Form on, to send on a chosen date.
Toggle Save Result To Employee's Resources to save with to the employee’s resources.
Press Submit to send the form to the staff membermembers.
